IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping keep an organisation’s IT systems running smoothly. Typical tasks include:

  • Providing first-line and second‐line support to users: fixing hardware issues (desktop/laptop/printers), resolving software problems, and addressing networking/connectivity issues. E2E Networks+2Auxilion+2
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems and applications (Windows, sometimes Linux/macOS) and ensuring peripherals (printers, scanners) work properly. ISSPL+1
